St. Peter the Apostle Parish

St. Peter the Apostle Parish was established in 1954 whose first parish priest was Fr. Louis Fossion, CICM who was a missionary from China. In 1958, Fr. Jacques Mussen, CICM took the place of Fr. Louis Fossion as parish priest. The first Chinese priest to be assigned in St. Peter was Fr. Dominic Kuo who eventually became the National Director for the Chinese Catholic Youth from 1963 to 1966. In 1974, Fr. Vincent Liu was assigned parish priest and in 1981, Fr. Francis Chin took over Fr. Vincent Liu as parish priest. LRMS priests served in St. Peter the Apostle Parish since 1998. Currently, Msgr. Noly A. Que, LRMS is the parish priest and Fr. Emmanuel Regalado, LRMS as parochial vicar.
