The LMI Community considers the seminary personnel as part of the priestly formation of the seminarians and priests of the Lorenzo Ruiz Mission Society. It is always an honor in the seminary to have committed, hard working, joyful and caring personnel who constantly look after the needs of both seminary Fathers and the seminarians.
LMI Personnel are great heroes of the Lorenzo Ruiz Mission Society and the Lorenzo Mission Institute. They have been serving the seminary for the past 22-33 years. They were awarded plaques of appreciation for their undying and selfless service to the seminary and to the Society. They are considered as part of the priestly and missionary formation of the seminarians.
LMI Personnel are one with the assigned Bishop or Administrator in both direction and their spiritual formation in the Archdiocese of Manila.
The LMI Personnel join in many of the seminary programs of the seminarians like the Annual Marian Pilgrimage of the Seminarians, Team building among seminarians, Annual Evaluation and other Community celebrations. The feast day celebration for LMI Personnel is October 1, which is also the feast of St. Therese of Lisieux, Patroness of Mission.
