The Lorenzo Mission Institute Community is a parish community in miniature. It is the locus where a seminarian develops, inspires, and expresses himself through leadership and service in a community of responsible servants. Thus, within the community, there exists a council which foreshadows the parish pastoral council where the seminarians are trained to work cohesively as a team to build up the People of God and the Kingdom of God.  Through this community of responsible servants, the formators expect that they begin to appreciate the sense of hierarchy, the spirit of brotherhood, and the love for cohesiveness in the seminary. Thus, the Lorenzo Mission Institute community operates with this hierarchy of responsible leaders in the community, namely:

1. Animator
2. Vice-Animator
3. Liturgical/Spirituality Chairman
4. Academic Chairman
5. Apostolate/Pastoral Chairman
6. Health/Food Chairman
7. House/Maintenance Chairman
8. Music Chairman
9. Sports/Socials Chairman
10. Arts/Physical Arrangement Chairman
