lorenzoplayLMI Seminarians were invited to watch and witness the musical play entitled “LORENZO” on 05 September 2013 at the College of St. Benilde theatre. The priests and seminarians were privileged to watch its first stage play shown to the public. It is an opera that depicts and portrays two kinds of Lorenzo: St.¬†Lorenzo Ruiz ¬†and Lorenzo as a convicted OFW who narrates his own experience in prison and death row in an Arab country. The play was produced by Christopher de Leon, music by Ryan Cayabyab, written by Juan Ikis and Paul Dumol. The play is very Filipino and contextualized. The LMI Seminarians and Priests recommend this to the public for enhancing faith and appreciation of Filipino talents.
